How Karaoki handles requests
As of August 2026, Karaoki's mobile requests and kiosk are mostly provided through SongbookDB, a separate third-party service. SongbookDB supplies a per-singer, per-night song cap, but there's no automatic cut-off at a set time or count, and Karaoki offers custom backgrounds rather than album art on the singer screen.
With Karatrack+AI, the request rules live in the host software itself, and the Karameet app and Karakiosk are made by the same team. A change to how requests work reaches the singer's phone, the kiosk and your console together.
